Video Spotlight: Slightly Impressive Impresses with World of Warcraft Machinima
One of the more prolific World of Warcraft machinima producers in recent months is Slightly Impressive, and I have to say that the name is a tad misleading. A number of their videos are indeed impressive, and worth the time to watch. Here’s one of my favorites, based on the popular TV show The Walking Dead.
Especially if you are familiar with the TV series, this is a great parody. This gives us a nice short story, and fits perfectly within the WoW universe. Perhaps Slightly Impressive will turn this into a multi-part series, as I think there is definitely more that could be done with this.
Here’s another video, this time poking fun at both TV news broadcasts and meaningless WoW quests. Is this the start of Azerothian-wide virmin extermination? Watch at Azerothian News Network (seen in other Slightly Impressive videos as well) tackles this breaking story.
