The News Network Expands Its Writing Staff Into The Gaming Genre

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Oct. 3, 2011 – SoEntertain.Me, a budding entertainment news network announced the appointment of a new writer. Lance Alonzo has joined the network, and will be focused on reporting news for their gaming site.

“Lance came to my and Jill’s attention as the leader of the World of Warcraft guild Over The Line. He is a very outspoken individual who clearly speaks his mind and takes no prisoners with his writing. He will be an ideal addition to our team here,” said Dennis Rayburn, Co-Editor of the network.
Alonzo has previously contributed columns as a guest writer for the site, which had reached substantial public visits. In his new position as a gaming writer, he will be continuing looking at the world of computer gaming with his unique viewpoint.

The network invites writers to contribute columns for its sites which run as guest columns. So far, Alonzo is the first to have been offered a position with the network.

“Our guest writer program is a sort of real time audition process,” said Paul Keller, the network’s owner. “When a writer’s work on the network shows that it draws the interest of the public, and they can stick to a steady writing schedule, we will seek to establish a working relationship with them.”

The network has spanned into five sections across two websites, SoEntertain.Me and MyComicNetwork.com. Before reaching its one year anniversary, the site has attracted more than 1 million unique visitors and 4 million hits.
